I Don't Like Needles:
Medical Coping Group

Up to 25% of people experience a significant needle phobia. This isn’t just about not liking needles. These are real, involuntary, intense physical reactions. As we enter flu/COVID vaccine/allergy shot season, this group is aimed at desensitizing our kiddos so they can receive their necessary shots with ease.

This 2 session group for kiddos focuses on using play and art making to develop the skills to cope and feel in control when faced with medical interventions (blood draws, shots, doctor visits).
