About Me

I am a bilingual clinical social worker who specializes in working with children, teens, and their families. Growing up can be tough—whether it’s dealing with school pressure, social struggles, big emotions, or family changes, kids and adolescents today are navigating a lot. I’m here to support you through it all with empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental ear. I help young people build confidence, manage stress and anxiety, navigate friendships and relationships, cope with difficult emotions, and work through life’s challenges. I also provide parenting support to help families feel more connected and empowered.

In addition to my child-focused work, I also support adults navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and maternal mental health. Whether you're juggling the demands of parenting, managing work-life balance, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a safe, collaborative space to explore your experiences and work toward meaningful change.

My Approach

I work with children, adolescents, and adults in both English and Spanish. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. Using a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, I draw from different therapeutic practices—like cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness—to create a space where young people feel heard, safe, and supported. Whether we’re talking through tough feelings, exploring patterns, or practicing new coping tools, I believe in helping clients feel more in control of their story. Prioritizing your mental health can be hard, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to accompany you on your personal journey.
