About Me

I know that struggling with difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors is painful and that change is hard. My goal is to help you balance acceptance and change within your life in order to take steps toward what you value and a life worth living. With a genuine and collaborative approach, I aim to create a space where you feel supported in reaching your goals.

My Approach

My work is rooted in the foundation of a strong, authentic relationship and I flexibly draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are seeking therapy for difficulties with emotional and behavioral regulation, including anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, ASD, and life transitions. I provide affirmative care to those on the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent spectrums. I also work with parents of children, adolescents, and young adults who are struggling to manage behaviors at home, support their child's emotional needs, or foster independence. I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
