About Me

Our experiences shape how we think, feel, and navigate life. While we can't control everything that shapes us, self-exploration within a supportive therapeutic relationship fosters resilience, self-awareness, and insight. This clarity strengthens us, even in uncertain times. I provide a safe, accepting space for children and adults to explore their emotions and experiences. Together, we build a trusting partnership, empowering you or your child to embrace authenticity with confidence and care.

Working with children is a central part of my practice. I understand that kids often express themselves through behavior rather than words, and I work to meet them at their level—whether through play, conversation, or creative expression. I help children build emotional awareness, improve communication skills, and develop coping tools to manage stress, anxiety, and big feelings. I also partner closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and support to strengthen family connection and promote positive growth at home.

My Approach

I support children, adolescents, and adults in navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, life changes, and overall emotional well-being. My approach blends various therapeutic methods, with an emphasis on fostering attachment, self-awareness, and meaningful connection. By exploring the emotions that drive behaviors, we can lay the groundwork for lasting, positive transformation.
