Psychotherapist & Child Centered Play Therapist

About Me

I am a warm and creative therapist committed to providing collaborative, person-centered care for children and families from all backgrounds. I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, secure relationships, and I strive to create a space where children, teens, and parents feel deeply seen and heard. I am especially passionate about working with children and teens who are navigating anxiety, chronic dysregulation, social challenges, and executive functioning difficulties using play, art, and CBT based therapies.

I am also passionate about providing affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent youth, where my work is grounded in respect for each person’s unique identity, strengths, and lived experience.

My Approach

Because play is the natural language of children, the majority of my work with children ages 4 to 10+ is conducted through child directed play. Also central to my work with children is collaboration with parents and caregivers, with the goal of fostering deeper understanding between parent and child and strengthening secure attachment. I create an accepting space for parents to process challenges, gain insight into their child’s inner world, and collaborate on how best to support their child.
