Learn to effectively sleep teach and support healthy sleep behaviors in your baby (under 1). Problem solve challenges and develop a plan that works for you and your family with five personalized sessions (1 group session and 4 individual follow-ups).
Workshops are facilitated by Katherine Whiteside, CPD:CBI and Dr. Rachel Lemonik, Psy.D. Please note: Parents must have their pediatrician's approval to commence sleep teaching.
Workshop fee is $250 per family.
