About the Event

Want to acquire practical, easy, and evidence-based tools to help feel your best? 

This group teaches teaches skills to regulate emotions, tolerate big feelings, and engage skillfully in interpersonal settings to young adults with an emphasis on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills.

Are you eligible?

  • 18 years and older?
  • Current resident in the state of New York?
  • History of struggling to identify and cope with emotions.

Group Info

  • 16 weeks session
  • 75 min groups/1x week
  • Intake appointment required prior group sessions.
  • $125/per weekly session
