About Me
My goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and cared for, as I believe that is where growth flourishes. Therapy is a unique space to bring your true, authentic self without judgment. I know that you have the strength and resilience to grow into the person you want to be. Whether you are new to therapy or looking to re-engage, I will meet you where you are, and we will work towards both self-acceptance and meaningful change.
My Approach
My experience working with adolescents and adults in schools and healthcare settings has given me the tools to support those struggling with anxiety, LGBTQIA+ topics, reproductive health concerns, abortion care, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. While we will work collaboratively to create our own plan, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapy. With a relationship built on trust and respect, together, we will identify patterns, reflect on difficult emotions, and create healing.
