Opportunities

Post-Doctoral Clinical Psychologist


Pleasantville Therapy is excited to be accepting applications for a part or full-time post-doctoral fellow, with the potential for turning into a full-time position. This position is ideal for an early career psychologist or clinician interested in seeking to work in a warm and engaged multidisciplinary group practice setting. We offer flexibility in hours and scheduling and provide weekly supervision to post-doctoral clinicians. The position will start virtually (for now) and is fee-for-service. Applicants who bring a sense of humor, enthusiasm, and warmth to the position are always a great fit with our practice. Applicants must be comfortable working with diverse presentations and multicultural and LGBTQ concerns. Qualifications

  • Have obtained a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited graduate program in psychology
  • Have a limited permit to practice in New York
  • Preference may be given to those with interest and experience working with children and adolescents, eating disorders/pathology, CBT for Phobias/OCD/Trichotillomania/Insomnia, and/or couples therapy.
About the Practice Pleasantville Therapy is a growing multidisciplinary private practice in Westchester and Manhattan dedicated to providing high quality treatment to children, adults, and families. Applicants must be comfortable working with diverse presentations and multicultural and LGBTQ concerns. Qualifications
