About Me

I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, regardless of their stage of life or the challenges they may be experiencing. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic, and warm environment to promote personal discovery and growth. Through collaboration, our work will focus on developing resiliency, insight, and coping strategies so you can begin to make positive changes.

My Approach

I am dedicated to helping you, your child, or your family find and build on the strengths you already have to overcome challenges throughout life. A flexible and integrative approach is crucial in order to support you and your individualized needs. My therapeutic style is guided by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); however, it is tailored to fit each person. The therapeutic approaches I incorporate help tolerating and accepting challenging emotions, altering undesirable thinking and behaviors, as well as increasing the ability to live mindfully in the moment. Together we can identify your specific goals and create a plan that addresses your areas of concern.

A main focus of my work is to empower people to live more fulfilling lives. I find that building a therapeutic relationship that is supportive, trusting, and nonjudgmental is key. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with mood and anxiety disorders. My aim is to encourage you and provide you with effective tools for success and healing.
