I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices to meet your specific therapeutic needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.
I have expertise in working with adults of all ages, including older adults, who are experiencing difficulties such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, aging, phase of life changes and adjustment, chronic pain and health conditions, identity exploration, and grief/loss. I specialize in phase of life transitions and empowering people to live more fulfilled lives.
