About Me
Growth starts in this very moment. By providing you with unconditional compassion and support, I am here to guide you on your journey towards flourishing. Together, we will identify and draw upon your existing strengths to work through challenges. I bring curiosity and a non-judgmental approach to every session.

My Approach

I believe in creating a safe, trusting connection with all clients. This connection will serve as a foundation that we will collaboratively build upon during our time together. My approach is primarily rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, where we will work to understand how your core beliefs impact your daily life, but also draw upon a diverse integration of other evidence-based psychotherapies. I work with adolescents, adults, parents, and families who are looking to overcome challenges associated with autism spectrum disorders, depression, general and social anxiety, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and trauma/stressor-related disorders.
I also provide evidence-based support for those who are experiencing distress regarding relationship-based challenges, personal and sexual identity, parenting children with or without special needs, and general life transitions.
